Yes. We provide complimentary bottled water on all our morning dolphin cruises. Ice-cold soft drinks and juices are available for purchase at our onboard bar. You are also welcomed to bring your own food and beverages in small coolers. Passengers over 21 are permitted to bring alcoholic beverages onboard.

Yes! Children accompanied by an adult are always welcome aboard Wild Hearts. We love seeing the expression on a child’s face as they spot their first dolphin (and so will you).

Animals are not permitted. If you have a service animal a 48-hour notice is required.

Children aged 12 and under will be required to wear US Coast Guard Certified life jackets supplied by Wild Hearts.

This is entirely up to you! Many of our guests do not enter the water. If you do enter the water and become uncomfortable at any time, our custom boarding steps are always available for you to re-board the boat. Our trained crew is also on-hand to assist you.

No, the boat doesn’t tip – but gratuities are always appreciated by our crew, who work hard to meet your needs and to provide an enjoyable experience.

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Cash is required to purchase beverages onboard.

Though it may be raining where you are, it may not be at your Wild Hearts location. If you have any concerns regarding the weather, please call ahead. The captain has the final determination to cancel a sail due to weather, rough seas, or mechanical difficulties. Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
